Term & Conditions for Tutor

Tutors who sign up with EduHeart between 1 November 2025 and 31 March 2026 will receive up to 50% of their first month’s payment back after completing 3 continuous months of tutoring.

Eligibility

  • Open to newly registered tutors who complete full profile verification and are successfully matched to at least one paid tuition assignment via EduHeart between 1 November 2025 and 31 March 2026.
  • The first assignment must commence within 30 days of confirmation to qualify.


Rebate Details

  • Tutors will receive a rebate equal to 50% of their first month’s net payment for each assignment obtained through EduHeart during the promotion period, after completing 3 consecutive months of tutoring for that assignment.
  • The rebate will be credited within 30 days after EduHeart (after the 3 consecutive months of tuition) verifies lesson continuity and satisfactory performance.
  • The promotion applies to all assignments secured via EduHeart within the stated period, subject to the same conditions for each assignment.


Service Commitment

  • Tutors must continue each tuition arrangement for at least 3 consecutive months, maintaining consistent attendance and receiving positive feedback from the parent/student.
  • Early termination by the tutor (before 3 months) or by the client due to unsatisfactory performance will result in disqualification from the rebate for that particular assignment.


Payment & Verification

  • All payments must be made through EduHeart’s official payment channels (e.g. HitPay or bank transfer).
  • To claim your rebate, simply email us at eduheartsg@gmail.com or WhatsApp EduHeart at +65 9628 0893 with your assignment code and the date you started your tuition assignment — we’ll take care of the rest after you’ve completed three continuous months of tuition!

Exclusions

  • The promotion does not apply to trial, ad-hoc, or short-term assignments (less than 3 months).
  • The total rebate is capped at S$200 per tutor during the promotion period, regardless of the number of assignments secured.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with other EduHeart rewards for the same assignment.
    13.EduHeart reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
    14.In the event of any dispute, EduHeart’s decision shall be final.
